In July, Park City Municipal Corporation announced a purchase agreement for a 5.25-acre parcel in the City’s Bonanza Park neighborhood for $19.5 million to form a new Arts and Culture District, with Sundance Institute and the Kimball Art Center as anchor partners. This new initiative will add another layer to Park City's rich history of arts and culture and complement the many opportunities for Arts and Culture throughout the City and Summit County.

We invite you to participate in the planning process by giving your feedback on the first phase of concept recommendations for the Part City Arts & Culture District. Please sign up to speak up on our registration link, then click HERE to take our brief survey where you’ll be invited to share your opinion on a variety of features that could be included in an Arts & Culture District. The survey will remain open through December 27, and we will report back to you on the community feedback we receive and how the feedback will be incorporated into the planning process.

If you have questions or comments, please contact Linda at 435.615.5189.

Thanks in advance for your feedback!

  • In October 2017, Park City Municipal partnered with Webb Management Services, Inc., and arts district development consultant, to launch an extensive community outreach program to survey the Park City community on the needs and desired elements of a arts and culture district. Information was gathered through 80 interviews with community leaders, artists and art enthusiasts, in addition to a public meeting held on November 2, with over 100 attendees. What follows are initial recommendations from Webb resulting from this outreach effort. We look forward to your feedback on these recommendations.

Thanks for taking time to share your opinions. The survey will remain open through December 27, and we will report back to you on the community feedback we receive and how the feedback will be incorporated into the planning process.
